Thick, and hearty, featuring all the elements of a German fall favorite.

Main Entrée

Pork Schnitzel on Spaetzle

Pork schnitzel is a thin, tender cut of pork that is coated in seasonings, herbs and breadcrumbs and fried until golden and crisp, served with Bratkartoffeln (German Pan-Fried Potatoes) on a mushroon sauce with a slice of lemon.

Chicken Roulade

A tin chicken breast wrapped around a cranberry cheese and spinich interior. breaded and fried. Served with traditional 'Kartoffelbrei a nutmeg between a mash and puree accented with butter and nutmeg. Green beans complement the meal
