Beer Bread
Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour 
- 1 tbsp baking powder 
- 3 tbsp sugar 
- 1 tsp salt 
- 2 X 341 ml beer bottle 
Directions:
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl along with 1 bottle of beer 
- Bake in the oven at 350F 
- Open the second beer and drink it while continuously watching the dough rises (note: it may be sticky) 
- Options: you may add herbs and cheddar to the batch
