Homemade Beef Jerky
Ingredients:
- 1 10 lb eye of round beef roast (fat-free) 
- 1-liter soy sauce 
- 1 cup liquid smoke 
- 2 cups brown sugar 
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce 
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic 
- 1 tbsp granulated onion 
- 1 tsp chile pepper 
- 1 tsp of cayenne pepper 
Directions:
- Cut eye of round into 2 inches wide and 1/8 inch thick strips 
- Put the meat into a marinade and Ziploc it 
- Rest meat in the marinade for 24 to 48 hours (give it a good mix every 12 hours) 
- Now dehydrate it! Time depends on the quality of your machine (should be anywhere between 72-160 hours
