Chili 101
Ingredients for Basic Chili:
- 2 lbs ground meat 
- 2 cups diced onion 
- 4 cups beef broth 
- 4 tbsp chili pepper 
- 1 tbsp cumin 
- 2 tbsp cornflour 
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic 
- 2 tbsp oregano 
- 2 tbsp kosher salt 
- 2 tbsp oil 
Spices:
- Tbsp smoked paprika 
- Tbsp chorizo chili powder 
- Tbsp ancho chili powder 
- Tbsp chipotle chili powder 
- Tbsp cayenne chili powder 
Chiles:
- Poblano pepper 
- Serrano pepper 
- Red chili pepper 
- Jalapeno pepper 
- Habanero/scotch bornet 
Options of Ingredients:
- 1 cup of green pepper 
- 1 cup of celery 
- 1 cup of corn 
- 1 can tomato paste 
- 1 can kidney beans 
- 1 can diced tomatoes 
- 2 tbsp brown sugar 
- 1 tbsp instant coffee 
- 1 tbsp cocoa 
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
- 1 can coke 
- 1 bottle of beer 
- 1 shot of whiskey/bourbon 
- 1 can mushrooms 
- 1 tbsp cinnamon 
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients you choose and place them in a crockpot/slow cooker 
- Choose your spices and peppers 
- Cook slowly until the acquired taste is achieved
