Mike Callaghan’s Pot Roast
Ingredients:
- Eye of round beef roast 
- Whole onions 
- Carrots 
- Garlic 
- 3 bay leafs 
- Salt 
- Pepper 
- Basil 
- Oregano 
- 1 bottle tomato sauce 
- Bottle of red wine 
- “Horny Toad” blend 
Directions:
- Place everything into a slow cooker and simmer for 8 hours 
- Option: take the meat out, turn it up to high and throw in some green beans or a 1/2 cup of barley
